About Me

I’m a psychologist who believes that real change is possible—scientifically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
My work blends the depth of human understanding with the precision of modern behavioral science to create a grounded, practical, and transformative therapeutic experience.

I didn’t enter this field straight out of high school—I entered it after life experience shaped the way I understand people.
For over 15 years, I worked in hospitality to support myself and pay for my studies. That environment exposed me to thousands of personalities, emotional dynamics, and real human behavior—often more raw and unfiltered than any textbook could offer.

At the same time, I began studying psychology intensely. I attended my first seminar simply because I was trying to understand myself. That early curiosity led me down a long path: years of personal psychotherapy, academic exploration, and a deep fascination with how the brain, environment, learning history, and cognitive patterns shape who we become.

This wasn’t an accidental career. It was a deliberate decision grounded in experience, curiosity, and a desire to understand and help people in a meaningful, evidence-based way.

My therapeutic style is warm, structured, semi-direct, and deeply collaborative. I help clients create change in the areas that matter most:

  • Relationships

  • Self-understanding

  • Identity

  • Emotional world

  • Work life

  • Daily behavior

I listen closely, but I also participate actively—offering feedback, highlighting patterns, asking targeted questions, and integrating practical tools based on behavioral science and process-based approaches.

Who I Work With

I specialize in supporting:

  • High-functioning neurodiverse adults

  • Individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm

  • Clients experiencing burnout, including corporate and hospitality burnout

  • People undergoing identity shifts or major life transitions

  • Individuals who are analytical, intellectual, or “in their head”

  • Clients with narcissistic traits, borderline traits, or relational patterns linked to these dynamics

  • People seeking structure, clarity, and a science-informed path forward

My Philosophy of Change

I believe personality is not rigid.
Intelligence can grow.
Behavior can change at any age.

Healing is a learnable process shaped by intention, skills, and environment. People do not need to stay defined by their past; what matters is what they build next.

My goal is simple:
To help you understand yourself clearly, change what no longer serves you, and move toward the life you actually want.

My Approach

My style is:

  • Warm

  • Grounded

  • Semi-structured

  • Semi-direct

  • Collaborative

  • Practical

  • Evidence-based

  • Empowering

In every session, I aim to create a balance of:

  • Deep listening

  • Clear feedback

  • Skills, tools, and action steps

  • Emotional grounding

  • Meaningful, measurable progress
